We will assist you as you prepare for your first visit to our office. We will ask you to complete a medical history form that is essential to a thorough consultation. Bring with you any medications that you are currently taking, as well as any medical records that you may have. You may be instructed to withhold certain medications prior to your visit. We are proud of our staff and their years of service. Most of our nursing staff proudly wear their ten or twenty year service pins. We provide continuing education certification opportunities for our staff. Our nurses co-founded the first regional society for allergy and asthma nurses. Our business and front office staff are similarly involved and trained in their specialties.
